Shipping policy
1. ORDERS PROCESSING
Orders are processed in 1 - 10 days unless noted otherwise (i.e. Pre-orders, an announcement on the Site that indicates we are away, custom items, and so on).
SHIPPING METHODS AVAILABLE:
•̀TRACCIATA (only for Italy): the package is usually left in the mailbox. Not insured
•̀STANDARD TRACKED: the package is usually left in the mailbox. Not insured
•̀REGISTERED W/ SIGNATURE: the package is left only on the recipient hands. Please select this only if someone is always at home to receive the package. Not insured
•̀FREE UNTRACKED: the package is usually left in the mailbox. Not insured

Delivery timings shown might be not respected due to unexpected delays. Bad weather, high turnout, accidents, etc, can cause severe slowdowns. Dates are only estimates and are never 100% guaranteed. Also, for orders outside the EU, Customs inspections can hold packages even for entire months, before letting the package enter into the country!

*some countries of Europe have higher rates and are included in "orders above €100" to be elegible for Free Shipping. Please check your own Country at Checkout!
2. ORDER TRACKING
All orders come now with the tracked shipping method by default. You will receive your tracking number automatically as soon as the order is dispatched.Please note that tracking numbers on international orders may be not updated in a timely manner or have minimal information once they leave our country (Italy). This depends on how the different countries' postal systems work together.
3. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS (Outside EU)
Customers outside EU are fully responsible for any taxes, fees or customs duties associated with receiving their order. We will not refund any shipping & handling fees neither the entire item value if you reject the package due to customs fees.
Customers are responsible to provide a correct delivery address and read all available Shipping Options. Quirkory is not responsible if a forwarding address is not honored!
Once the parcel it's marked as "Dispatched", it means that it has left our studio and we are no longer responsible for the whereabouts of your parcel.
The customers have to contact their local post office for any further informations about their package, as they're the only one who can assist them.
